SHENOO
Food is the essence of life, and cooking is its art.
Shenoo is a homemade cosy Supper Club in our lovely warm flat in the Southside of Glasgow.
We are fun healthy homemade chefs ready to cook and serve you to your satisfaction
We have a partnership with and which allows us to weekly cook a lovely locally sourced three course Scottish meal for groups, big and small.

We also host dinners in our own flat, often followed by quality music performances.
Seats are limited so keep an eye out on the upcoming events!

We are happy to extend our passion by going to peoples houses, make them feel special by cooking them their dinner or celebratory meals so they can enjoy themselves.

The produce we use
and what we can provide for you
The most important for us is the quality, the sustainability and the location.
We make it our priority to source locally grown vegetables, from the allotments around the corner to the sea salt on the coast of England. Locally grown means seasonal too, so our recipes are always changing.
Meat
The meat is the best in Glasgow, maybe even Scotland! We get it from our friendly butcher just around the corner. The shop has been there for over 40 years now, and has the best black pudding in the world (beats Stornaway by a mile!)
Fish
We get our fish and shellfish from Loch Fyne. We have a couple of local fish shops that have a lovely selection of gorgeous Scottish fish and other treasures.
Flour
We are so lucky to know and have great producers such as Mungoswell Malt & Milling where we collect our barley and various types of flours. They are such lovely people who have a passion for what they do.
And we really just love to cook! It is so much fun to make our own pasta, dumplings filled with whatever we want, bake bread, prepare jams with leftover fruit... Food has also been a great way to travel. It's a way to share moments with strangers who have opened their doors to us, and a way to learn how authentic recipes are done.

The chefs
We have been welcoming people into our home for over 2 years now, sharing our passion with all sorts of visitors from all over the world.

Shenoo = chez nous = our place
It gives us great pleasure to cook for groups of people who want to have a good time with some carefully prepared fine food. We make up a fully customised bespoke menu for each group, with an option of matching drinks, to suit our guests' palates and dietary needs.
Andrew Mill
Andrew is a song-writer and performing artist from Scotland, where he has also worked with food since the age of 14, from running a vegetarian kitchen in Edinburgh for 13 years to cooking for hundreds of people at their weddings.
Louise Dautheribes McKerl
Louise is a visual artist and writer from Paris, where she also hosted food tours and wine tasting, along with working as a comis chef.
